The San Antonio Hills Inc.(SAH) Homeowners Association was formed to provide a voice for the community. Through us, issues are addressed at the local, county, and supervisory districts levels. SAH sponsors the Approval Committee that administers the CC& Rs and assures that local zoning ordinances are followed in new and remodel construction.

The Activity Report has the latest news of what is being done in the community.

Here are a few examples of issues that may need the assistance of the Homeowner's Association:

Building taking place too close to your property line

A patch of noxious weed in a vacant lot

Excessive new house additions

Flooding problems causing hazardous conditions

Blight or extremely poor maintenance of a property which reflects on the community

Road conditions and manicure - see Pothole reporting, and Map

Protection of the mature trees in the area in accordance with the CC&Rs

Speeding or traffic violations

We are very interested in maintaining a safe road environment for the community. Should you find a pothole or a dangerous road situation please report it to the Association.

1. Contact Us by letter, e-mail or phone.

2. Provide us with the address of the concern, giving specific details of the location, using the map provided.
( For example, you might list Crestview at Loyola or the house number and street name. The map is provided for help finding names of the streets.)
